Ambere Cunningham is a wellness professional with 18 years of experience helping people feel their best. A licensed massage therapist and certified hot yoga instructor, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise, athletic background, and intuitive care to every client session.

Ambere is from Basalt, Colorado, and understands the demands of the active Colorado lifestyle. She completed her 850-hour massage therapy training at the MountainHeart School of Bodywork in Crested Butte, becoming licensed in 2011. Since then, she has worked in both spa and clinical settings, from luxury resorts like The Little Nell in Aspen to chiropractic practices in Boulder and Basalt. Her approach combines technical skill with a deep understanding of wellness, shaped by years of yoga practice, leading international yoga retreats, and her own background as a Division I varsity soccer player. With extensive experience treating a wide variety of clients—including those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain, as well as those seeking relaxation and stress relief—Ambere draws on modalities such as deep tissue, sports, cupping, and neuromuscular, always tailoring her work to support each client’s unique wellness goals.

Today, Ambere is taking her experience to start a new venture with her wife, Natalie. Together, they have founded Wavelengths, a wellness business in Boulder offering both massage and red light therapy. Wavelengths is partnering with AMO to bring their combined experience in the wellness industry to clients in a fresh, innovative way—creating a supportive and rejuvenating environment.
